Dynamic Lacrosse is proud to present the start of our Intermediate Training Series.
Sessions will include 10 one-hour trainings coached by industry legend Jay Mauro at the Dynamic Sports Training Center in Commack, N.Y. - Trainings will focus on shooting, dodging, footwork, and game IQ, building week-to-week to improve every player's game.
